These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules, rights, and responsibilities governing your use of our hosting services, including but not limited to web hosting, domain registration, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services").
By signing up for, accessing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are designed to ensure a safe, transparent, and reliable hosting experience for all our clients.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our Services.

1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Services" refers to the web hosting, domain registration, VPS, managed WordPress hosting, and other related services provided by Affix Space Ltd.
- "Client" or "You" refers to the individual or entity subscribing to our Services.
- "Agreement" refers to this document, including any additional policies referenced herein.
- "Account" refers to the unique account created by the Client to access and use our Services.
- "Content" refers to any data, files, or information hosted on our servers by the Client.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, paying for Services, or accessing our website and systems, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services. Continued use of our Services following updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
By signing up for our services, you explicitly agree to comply with these Terms and any related policies.
3. Service Description
We provide a range of hosting solutions, including but not limited to:
- Shared Hosting: Designed for smaller websites and personal projects.
- Reseller Hosting: Allowing you to resell our hosting services under your own brand.
- VPS Hosting: Virtual private servers for increased control and performance.
- Managed WordPress Hosting: Optimized solutions for WordPress websites.
Specific features and limitations of each service are described on our website and may vary depending on the package you select.
4. Account Setup and Security
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information during the account registration process.
- It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
5. Billing and Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe (for credit/debit card transactions).
- Billing Cycle: Services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, etc.) as chosen during signup.
- Late Payments: Accounts with overdue invoices may be suspended or terminated after a grace period of [X days].
- Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to our 30 day guarantee or as otherwise stated.
6. Service Availability and Uptime Guarantee
- We strive to provide a 99% uptime guarantee for all hosting services. This excludes planned maintenance and events outside of our control (e.g., natural disasters, DDoS attacks).
- In cases where uptime falls below the guaranteed level, clients may request service credits as outlined in our SLA.
7. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Clients are prohibited from:
- Hosting illegal content, including copyrighted material without proper authorization.
- Hosting or promoting gambling-related content, including online casinos, betting sites, and lotteries.
- Hosting pornographic, adult, or sexually explicit content.
- Sending spam or engaging in bulk email activities.
- Using resources in a way that disrupts the performance of the server or affects other clients.
- Conducting activities that violate any laws or regulations.
- Using server resources for cloud file storage and/or any other personal or business storage needs that are not related to hosting websites or applications.
8. Data and Privacy
- Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups. While we provide backup services, we do not guarantee data recovery in the event of hardware failure or other issues.
- All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or handle data of EEA residents, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This includes obtaining necessary consents, safeguarding data, and complying with data transfer requirements.
9. User Conduct & Security
You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the security of our website and services. In cases of suspicious activity or breaches of our security, we reserve the right to block IP addresses and take further action as necessary to protect the integrity of our systems.
10. Termination and Suspension
- By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for non-payment.
- Accounts that are suspended due to violations or non-payment will remain suspended for a maximum of 14 days. If the issue is not resolved within this timeframe, the account will be terminated on Day 30.
- By You: Clients may terminate their services at any time through their account portal. Refunds for unused time are subject to our refund policy.
11. Limitations of Liability
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
- We are not responsible for any loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or any damage to your brand or reputation arising from the use of or inability to use our Services.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of our Services, including violations of applicable laws or third-party rights.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or announcements on our website. Continued use of the Services following such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
